This review is from a racial prejudice family that rented a airbnb that I do not own, and my only affiliation was as a Co- host. So this review is not a reflection of my Real Estate abilities, only the shallowness of this person character. The facts behind this family stay at a airbnb erupted when the ac unit went out after 3 days of there stay. We sent a ac company to fix the unit right away, on the same day. In exchange, the guest requested a full refund for all 5 days of there stay. When we declined there request, and offered to refund them the remainder of there stay, that was not good enough and here go the pettiness you see in their review. In the midst of accomodating the guest, they threatened is with a bad review regarding the ac. When they saw i was a african american woman, that owns a real estate company, the slander and personal attack began as if I owned the airbnb. I am simply the Co- host and had no say in refund matter. My job was to accomodate the guest and send the ac company out soon as possible, which i did. So I ask the community, to review all of my other positive, Real Estate related reviews.
